Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor Course at St. John's

The Smithers Alcoholism Treatment and Training Center at St. John's Riverside Hospital offers a 350-hour OASAS (Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services) accredited course which trains health care professionals to be academically eligible for the NYS CASAC (Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor) exam. Our two semester program allows for student admissions in the Fall and Spring semesters. All faculty members are experienced professionals in the field of chemical dependency. Classes are held at St. John’s Riverside Hospital; ParkCare Pavilion; 2 Park Avenue; Yonkers, N.Y. 10703.
