Learn To Practice Qigong

Qigong is a gentle, meditative Chinese exercise. The regular practice of Qigong can help reduce stress; strengthen the body and calm the mind; reduce pain, improve balance; and even promote weight loss. The instructor, Norman Galinsky, MFA, has over 20 years experience in the practice and instruction of Chinese marital and healing arts.
Class will be held at St. John's Riverside Hospital; Andrus Pavilion; 967 North Broadway; Yonkers, N.Y. 10701 on 8 West. The cost of this class is $65.00 and pre-registration is required. Register by Saturday, March 31, 2012 and save $10.
