St. John’s Riverside Hospital’s monthly Cancer Support Group will have a guest speaker on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 7:00pm.  The topic will be “Moving For Life”, given by Sharon Epstein, M.S., ADTR, CLM.

The Cochran School of Nursing at St. John’s Riverside Hospital is proud to announce the appointments of: Karen Davenport, Ed.D., R.N. as Dean for Academic Programs and Juanita Hickman, R.N., PhD as Associate Dean for Student Affairs.  St. John’s Riverside Hospital is proud to have such accomplished nursing professionals leading the Cochran School of Nursing into a new era, producing knowledgeable, compassionate and qualified nurses.

St. John's Riverside Hospital Cancer Program Committee

 The Commission on Cancer (CoC) of the American College of Surgeons (ACoS) has granted Three-Year Accreditation to the Cancer Program at St. John’s Riverside Hospital.  “It is appreciated that the dedication of many individuals is recognized and it is important for our community to understand that quality cancer care can be given in a comfortable community hospital environment,” said Norman Rosen, M.D., Chief of Hematology/Oncology and Chairman of the Cancer Program Committee at St. John’s Riverside Hospital.

St. John’s Riverside Hospital, in collaboration with the Rotary Club of East Yonkers, is hosting a Community Pancake Breakfast.
