Our Philosophy

It is the philosophy of the Michael N. Malotz Skilled Nursing Pavilion to assure the provision of high quality care through the recognition of the individuality of each resident and the protection and promotion of self determination. 
 
We not only view the Pavilion as a skilled nursing facility but as a home where residents psychological and social needs receive the same attention as their medical conditions.
 
The residents' care is part of an approach planned and provided by a Comprehensive Care Team, including the resident and his/her family.
